Delivery of fresh-made food to our customers is one of the many services provided by the "King David Community Center". The company itself has been on the market since 2002, with the Meal-Delivery Program taking effect only recently. Today KDCC has two buildings at its disposal, located in Norcross and Doraville, which are both equipped with professional-grade kitchens, staff, and everything necessary to fulfill any order.
Food delivery is fulfilled on an individual basis, at each customer’s agreed upon residence address and time of delivery. We pride ourselves on our promptness and consistency; in fact, since the start of the Meal-Delivery program, there has still not been a single case of missed or even late food delivery. KDCC administrators and other employees are well aware of how regular, fresh, and timely food is important to human health in general, and to elderly people in particular.
Currently, the Meal-Delivery program serves more than three hundred people, for whom more than six hundred servings of various meals are prepared daily. It is necessary to note that the food is prepared individually, considering the age and physical characteristics of each client, and the current state of their health – taking into account all previous health problems. This becomes possible due to consistent contact between customers and their case-manager, who is regularly informed of all changes that have occurred under the prescribed diet.
